Founded in 2012, Hotel Carrnival, Kolhapur is the vision of renowned Marathi film actor and entrepreneur Annand Kale. Built on a legacy of excellence in hospitality, Carrnival was created to bring a premium multi-cuisine dining experience to the heart of Kolhapur—where great taste meets warm hospitality.
Annand Kale’s journey in the food industry began in 2001 with the launch of Hotel Rajpurush, which soon became Kolhapur’s most loved pure vegetarian restaurant, celebrated for its authentic flavors, quality, and consistency. Carrying forward the same passion for food and service, Hotel Carrnival was established to serve a wider range of cuisines under one roof.
